Sanjay is a senior team member and has been with Alpen Capital since its inception. He has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking across the Middle East & India. He has been instrumental in supporting Alpen Capital’s business expansion and is responsible for transaction origination and closure. He specializes in corporate finance transactions, including cross border M&A, joint ventures, private equity placements and debt advisory.

Sanjay has previously worked with Ambit Corporate Finance and RSM & Co, India.

Hameed Noor Mohamed has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services and Banking Industry. He leads the Debt Team and is responsible for raising capital for financial institutions and corporates. He also specializes in raising impact and development finance in emerging markets with an emphasis on ESG initiatives.

Prior to joining Alpen, Hameed worked with Emirates Islamic Bank, Mashreqbank and ANZ Grindlays Bank in various leadership roles. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.

Krishna leads the Equity Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory function with over 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity placements, due diligence, transaction advisory services in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. He is responsible for advising clients on structuring, pricing, and negotiating M&A and equity capital raising transactions. He specializes in corporate finance, including business valuations and due diligence.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, Krishna worked with KPMG's Transaction Services team in UAE. He has also worked with KPMG in India in their Financial Services Audit division.

Lakshmanan is the Chief Operating Officer of Alpen Capital overseeing the Operations/IT, Products, and Finance departments. He is also the Senior Executive Officer of Alpen Asset Advisors. Lakshman has more than 35 years of experience in international banking across the UAE and India.

He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Bank Sarasin- Alpen entities across the GCC and India from 2007 to 2013. Prior to this, he was the SVP, Head of Planning & Management Accounting for Mashreqbank Group. Lakshmanan was also with Citibank for 5 years.

Sameena heads the Corporate Affairs function, overseeing Marketing, Public Relations, and Administration across the Alpen Capital group covering its offices in the Middle East and India. She is also responsible for the industry research function that publishes Alpen Capital's highly acclaimed industry research reports on various sectors across the GCC region. Sameena has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and marketing within the financial industry in the UAE and India.

In her previous assignment, she was an SVP of Human Resources at Mashreqbank. She was also a faculty member at Xaviers Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar in India.

Dilip is a senior member of the execution team with a specific focus on South East Asia. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked with esteemed organizations in Dubai, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.

He last worked as Manager Finance at Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore. He was also associated with Mashreq Bank, in Dubai and Sampath Bank, Srilanka.

Jamila Rangaswamy is an Advisor to Alpen Capital. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry including corporate finance, private banking, and retail sales.

She has worked with various prominent institutions such as HSBC, Standard Chartered, Bank Sarasin Alpen, and National Bank of Oman.

Sharmin is a senior member of the Debt Execution team. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking sector and has worked with institutions throughout the Middle East and India.

Prior to joining Alpen Capital, Sharmin was a part of the Audit and Business Advisory Services Department, KPMG in Dubai. Prior to that, Sharmin has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in India.

Ayman Adel Kamal is an Advisor to Alpen Capital. He has over 40 years of experience in Wholesale and Retail Banking, Treasury, Private Equity, Islamic Banking, and Investment Banking.

He has worked with various prominent institutions such as Union National Bank, Suez Canal Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Mashreq, Gulf Bank, and MISR America International Bank. Ayman also holds board positions at several companies and has directly supervised business in financial institutions in Egypt, all six GCC countries, the UK, Sudan, Kenya, and Yemen.
